Black Fox Solution are working alongside our client in Lisburn, to recruit for a Production Manager (Fabrication & Assembly ).
As the successful Production Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products safely, efficiently and on time while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the department.
What We Require:

• Proven leadership experience within a fabrication, manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Strong technical understanding of welding and fabrication processes including sheet metal and structural steel fabrication.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and people management capability.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
