Job Description
- Oversees the production operations including in-line maintenance, ensuring that the plant achieves the production targets through effective utilization of manpower, materials, machines, and methods at minimal cost.
- Ensures that the products produced comply with the quality standards.
- Checks with Production Line Supervisors that they have adequate manpower at all times based on the weekly production schedule.
- Monitors and improves manpower efficiency (e.g., man-hour/carton) for all production lines.
- Oversees the monitoring of machine performance to avoid breakdowns and downtime and executes repairs and routine maintenance tasks based on the approved preventive maintenance plan.
- Oversees the completion of plant trials on time.
