Job Description
PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (PLATING & ETCHING)
Plan, schedule and oversee daily production activities to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
Monitor production capacity, inventory levels and resource utilisation to ensure efficient operations.
Lead and motivate the production team to achieve productivity, quality and safety targets.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, GMP and 5S practices.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and manage machine spare parts to minimise downtime.
Analyse production performance, labour productivity and machine efficiency to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain production SOPs and related documentation.
Collaborate closely with Sales, QA, Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Lead process improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
