- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules as per order requirements

- Ensure timely completion of export orders as per shipment dates

- Monitor line-wise and style-wise production performance

- Optimize manpower, machines, and materials to achieve targets

Quality Management

- Ensure product quality as per buyer specifications and export standards

- Coordinate with QA/QC team to minimize rejections and alterations

- Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues

Manpower & Line Management

- Allocate operators, helpers, and supervisors efficiently

- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity on the shop floor
