Production & Procurement Manager
Are you a hands-on Production Manager with a sharp eye for both supply chain logistics and shopfloor efficiency? We are looking for a versatile Production & Procurement Manager to take full ownership of our manufacturing lifecycle. This is a pivotal role where you will bridge the gap between international sourcing and high-quality timber case production.
For this position you must have proven experience as a Production Manager in a Manufacturing setting
Location: Kings Langley, Watford WD4
Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 + Benefits + Salary sacrifice Car
Hours: Day shift - 7.30am – 4.30pm (Some flexibility)
Position:
You will manage everything from procuring softwood and plywood (locally and from overseas) to leading a skilled production team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our manufacturing schedule is met, quality is uncompromised, and our facility operates at peak efficiency.
