The person should have knowledge of various production processes and techniques related to Ice Cream Industry and machinery.
He should have experience in controlling inventory of Raw Material and Finished products.
Strong Reporting and Analysis skills
Should have an innovative mind for developing new products.
Experience in Recipe Formulation, Cost optimization and NPD
Should understand quality related aspects in Dairy Industry.
Experience & knowledge for ISO certification or equivalent (FSMS/FSSC/BRC)
Preferred candidate profile
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Computer Skills such as Outlook, Word & Excel and ERP System
Ability to learn and good problem-solving skills
Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
