Production Manager

Role Overview and Responsibilities:

Dhruva Space is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations for aerospace and defense projects. With 8+ years of experience in production management and manufacturing leadership, the ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, timely delivery, and compliance with AS9100D and other quality standards, while driving process optimization and team performance.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and manage production schedules, resource allocation, and capacity planning to meet project milestones across composite manufacturing, PCB assembly, and harness production.
• Lead production teams, conduct performance reviews, implement cross-training, and drive employee development programs.
