Production Manager (Fabrication)

The Position

This position is responsible for managing the daily operational needs of fabrication and supporting the development of new business opportunities and capital Investments.

The main responsibilities are:

• Manages and directs fabrication department to support sales deman
• dEstablishes operational standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery
• Establishes manufacturing policies in the areas of Lean Manufacturing techniques, materials usage, shipping and receiving, capacity planning, production scheduling, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations and performance measures
• Oversees expense budgets to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements
• Develops capital requests as need to support continuous improvement
