Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Production / Plant Manager to lead operations at our Edible Oil Refinery and Crushing facility. The candidate must have prior experience in edible oil processing and will be responsible for production targets, plant uptime, and utility management.

Core Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Operations

  • Plan and execute daily/monthly production schedules to meet volume targets for Sunflower, Soybean, Palm Oil, Mustard Crushing, and Vanaspati.
  • Monitor production processes continuously; adjust schedules and resources as required to meet market demand.
  • Coordinate with procurement, stores, and logistics to ensure timely availability of raw materials and smooth dispatch of finished goods....
