Production Manager - Job based in Cd Juarez, Fuentes Plant Trim Division. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with company policies. Supervise compliance with plant production programs ensuring predetermined cost standards. Ensure compliance with the predetermined quality levels in the month's forecast. Ensure the optimal use of the area's human resources through the adequate balancing of the production lines (in the sewing and foam process). Responsible for the design of the most efficient and optimal work methods, use of the company's production equipment. Qualifications Completed bachelor's degree or engineering related to the vacancy.
