Production Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cabuyao for a Production Manager at Ionics-EMS Inc. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently, and will be responsible for meeting production targets. This role involves managing staff, scheduling production activities, and coordinating with different departments to ensure product quality and timely delivery. The Production Manager will also be involved in process improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
