Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily production operations across multiple shifts.Drive productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost optimisation.Ensure production targets are consistently achieved.Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and operational teams.Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, housekeeping, and health & safety.Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource utilisation.Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to maximise plant performance.Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
