Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily production operations across multiple shifts.
- Drive productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost optimisation.
- Ensure production targets are consistently achieved.
- Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and operational teams.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, housekeeping, and health & safety.
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource utilisation.
- Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to maximise plant performance.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, Food Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
