Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily production operations across multiple shifts.
  • Drive productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost optimisation.
  • Ensure production targets are consistently achieved.
  • Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and operational teams.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, housekeeping, and health & safety.
  • Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource utilisation.
  • Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to maximise plant performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, Food Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
