A premium prestige collision repair centre in the inner northern suburbs of Brisbane is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead workshop operations, drive productivity, and maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production, workflow and capacity planning

  • Lead and develop technicians and apprentices

  • Drive efficiency and continuous improvement

  • Ensure prestige-approved repair standards and quality control

About You

  • Automotive trade qualification
