Job Description

Supermicro is one of the world's largest manufacturers of high-performance, energy-efficient servers, as well as server management software and storage systems for multiple markets, including enterprise data centers, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, 5G and edge computing. 

Your role as a Production Manager:

  • Responsible for improving product quality, yield, and managing inventory 
  • Conducting new hire and cycle training to reduce quality defects 
  • Managing and maintaining production tools/jigs/test equipment 
  • Liaison/collaboration with other departments and stakeholders, including headquarters 


    • Work schedule:

  • Production Manager work one shift from 6:30 to 14:30 with the possibility of overtime, for which you will be compensated with time for time rule.

  • Educated: Bachelor's degree or higher in science
