About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, handson Production Manager to lead a small production team of 7 at our Albury site. This role focuses on day-to-day operations, team engagement, production outcomes, and the ongoing development of a strong safety culture.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing the production team to drive engagement and performance
  • Managing daily production schedules and proactively addressing issues or delays
