Production Manager

Job Purpose

As a Production Manager at Haworth Portugal, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the local production members and facilitate achieving the level of excellence required to meet the local goals, aligned with the organization objectives. This includes driving and maintaining best in class levels of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost performance. You will have the opportunity to engage, hands‑on, in challenging projects that will shape the operations and teams in the years to come.
