Job Description

1) Production Planning & Execution



Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in coordination with planning and inventory teams.



Monitor production lines and adjust schedules as necessary to meet customer demands and minimize downtime.



2) Team Leadership & Management



Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.



Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.



3) Quality & Food Safety



Ensure production processes comply with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO).



Work closely with QA and R&D to ensure that products meet quality and specification standards.



4) Process Optimization



Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
