In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in achieving the line’s safety, quality, cost, and production targets, driving excellence across all aspects of performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead line performance, equipment, and personnel, driving continuous improvement across all areas.
• Cultivate high‑performing teams through effective engagement strategies.
• Oversee shift teams, managing performance, discipline, attendance, rosters, holidays, and training requirements.
• Monitor line metrics to eliminate waste, maximise efficiency, and optimise cost per tonne.
