Job Description: Manufacturing Team Leader £35,000 6AM 6PM / 3 On 3 Off Days (With the flexibility to work nights when required) Oldham We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and experienced Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations within a manufacturing facility. Team Leader Skills, Experience, and education required: Experience within a Manufacturing environment. Experience leading a Manufacturing / Production team, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Strong understanding of ISO 9001. Experience troubleshooting defects and optimising processes.
