Production Line Lead

About the Role

The Production Line Lead will supervise production operations in the assigned Value Stream, managing a team of Production officers (FLLs), OMOs (Equipment/Line Operators), packers and support staff, ensuring compliance with EHS and Quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations including material movement, line clearance, change‑overs, setup, and startup arrangements for all workstations, equipment, lines, and ancillary areas.
• Ensure resource allocation for all work centers and confirm smooth and compliant manufacturing/packaging operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, enforce SOP implementation, track KPIs, and conduct Tier meetings from line level to work area.
• Use Gemba for process conformance and coach production staff.
