Job Description
At Nordic Approach Coffee Importers, we are every day receiving coffee samples, roasting coffees for quality control, and sending out dozens of roasted and unroasted coffee samples as a service to our clients. The production team is currently a two-to-three person operation, including the production leader.
**Job responsibilities include**:
- Plan daily operations - inbound, roasting, packing, outbound
- Execute on roasting, packing of coffee and sample dispatch through DHL, Fedex, UPS etc.
- Provide leadership to the production team to coordinate registering, roasting, and green coffee handling to help fulfill daily tasks and support team members
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Logistics, and Sales
- Scheduling resources for the production department to meet needs and timelines for Sales and Procurement
- Contribute to develop and customize systems and procedures to optimize workflow and efficiency.
