About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager works with the Store Operator to provide and communicate strategic direction and vision that has been customized for the local market. In this role you will coach, motivate, and develop Department Managers to foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs, and actively contribute to a total store environment of employee and customer engagement. You will support the fiscal operation of the store and manage budgets, labour costs, inventory control, product presentation, and merchandising while adhering to all protocols, procedures, policies and other programs and initiatives.
