Production Lead - Lean Manufacturing & Safety

Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a production supervisor to establish and maintain the weekly production schedule, ensuring safety, quality, deliveries, and cost targets are met. The role manages line resources, coordinates staff, and reports on hours, downtime, and incidents, contributing to continuous improvement.

You will lead a team of 30–40, enforce safety protocols, and drive Kaizen initiatives in collaboration with group leaders and the HR function. English proficiency is required.
