Production Lead Responsibilities:
Provides direct support to Production Manager.
Prioritizes work orders and identifies and resolves constraints in support of production schedule
Reviews job travelers, drawings, work instructions, and specifications to obtain information, such as
materials, priorities, planning, tooling package and fixtures.
Reviewing and distributing production work; conferring with department managers and supervisors to
determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory
levels, costs, and production problems.
Monitors work progress, provides services, such as tracking work orders, and directs workers to expedite
workflow.
Works closely with various department leads/management to ensure materials and supplies to meet
production demands.
