This role supports brick manufacturing operations by performing a variety of physical, hands-on tasks such as blending, repacking, cutting, waxing, and hand setting brick. You will operate and monitor equipment, handle materials safely, and ensure products meet quality specifications. The position offers opportunities to work on different shifts, learn machine operation, and potentially train on forklift operation in a high-volume production environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Blend, repack, cut, wax, and hand set brick according to production requirements and quality standards.
+ Run equipment that places banding material around straps of brick and applies cross straps on brick cubes.
