Job Description
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inventory or cost accounting, preferably in
manufacturing (FMCG or chemical/soap & detergent industry).
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting principles and manufacturing cost
systems.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage, QuickBooks,
Tally).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation tools).
KEY COMPETENCIES
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret production and inventory data.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive, organized, and able to implement control processes.
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Based in the factory/production environment with regular visits to production floors...
