Production Head – Evening Shift

Job description

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Production Head is responsible for the management and supervision of production activities. They will ensure the effective management of the team to guarantee the manufacturing of good quality products in accordance with standards, technical specifications, and customer requirements in an environment where health and safety are priorities. Acting as a vector of communication and mobilization to help the development of staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in effective production planning and make sure to have the necessary raw materials on hand to proceed with production.
• Effectively monitor current production to achieve operational targets within the required time frame.
• Organize and control the work of the production team. Manage the schedule, attendance, overtime, and punches of employees.
