Responsibilities:

1) To report to immediate superior before start work or leaving the workplace at any time during working hour or before end of shift.

2) To clean the machine, toold and mould daily before start work and maintain the cleanliness of this item.

3) To maintain shop floor housekeeping and cleanliness.

4) To use all personal protective equipment provided or required in perfrom a task.

5) To report any accident and unsafe machine, tools and mould condition to immediate superior.

6) To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety & health instituted by Employer.

7) To ensure accuracy of the output quantity and report to immediate Superior.

8) To carry out any product quality inspection that assigned to you from time to time.
