Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- 3 years experience in a fruit or food processing plant would be highly beneficial
- Experience operating and monitoring processing equipment such as evaporators, pasteurizers, aseptic systems, and pumps
- Basic mechanical understanding of production line equipment and pump systems in a food manufacturing environment
- Exposure to CIP systems, hygiene standards, and food safety procedures in a production environment
- Computer Literate
- Own reliable transport
