This role is responsible for the end-to-end operation, setup, and maintenance of pouch‑making machinery, converting printed flexible packaging films into finished bags such as stand‑up pouches, 3‑side seals, and spout pouches while minimizing waste, maintaining seal strength, and meeting production deadlines.
