Production Executive

Responsibilities

1. Plan, schedule, and monitor daily injection molding production activities to meet delivery and quality targets.
2. Supervise production operators and technicians to ensure efficient machine utilization and minimal downtime.
3. Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
4. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues promptly.
5. Implement process improvements and support new product trials or mold testing activities.
6. Monitor production reports, yield performance, and waste reduction initiatives.
7. Enforce 5S, safety, and good manufacturing practices within the production area.
8. Train and guide production staff to enhance technical knowledge and performance.
