Production Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work and ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
• Hold team meetings to review and discuss production status and ongoing problems.
• Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products to meet production goal.
• Implement and enforce company policies, safety procedures, work instruction and standard operation procedures for staffs.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality, capacity and cost effective.
• Work with Managers, Scheduler and Planner to analyse job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.
• Plan and assign job duties to production supervisor.
• Recommend new ways of manufacturing, improving existing manufacturing processes, providing additional training or adopting better manufacturing processes to maximize production performance. ...
