Responsibilities

  • Managing a maintenance team
  • Ensuring the department’s efficiency
  • Enforcing HACCP and SQF standards and completing the required documentation
  • Ensuring health and safety management within the department
  • Overseeing preventive maintenance activities
  • Maintaining healthy labor relations
  • Collaborating effectively with other departments and internal and external clients
  • Being able to perform and/or assist with tasks during troubleshooting situations
