Production Engineering Lead

The Production Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading engineering projects, developing manufacturing standards and implementing processes that improve productivity, reduce costs and support business growth. The Production Engineering Lead will work collaboratively across the organisation to deliver robust engineering solutions, taking manufacturing processes from concept and trial to full scale manufacture.

What you will do as our Production Engineering Lead: 

• Oversee and support the day-to-day production processes, including root cause identification of faults, defects and process issues.
• Lead the specification of plant and equipment requirements to enable the successful optimisation of existing processes.
• Develop, implement and review work instructions, quality standards and manufacturing procedures to ensure consistent and compliant production processes.
