Purpose: Responsible for supervising staff, ensuring health and safety regulations at work are followed, making sure adequate training has been provided to the workers in the usage of equipment, and identifying deficiencies to be improved in production.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
Supervising the man and assembly process, ensuring quality work is done safely and efficiently.
Organize and motivate the mini-companies to perform daily production activities.
