Job Description Position: Production Engineer (Stamping)     Well Established Singapore Manufacturing MNC Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:15am – 6:00pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to RM5,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus Monthly Transport Allowance of RM50 Provided Annual Increment Based on Performance Review Working Location: Kulai   Outpatient Medical Benefits Provided Duration: Permanent Industry: Manufacturing     Main Responsibilities: Analyze wear patterns and failure modes of stamping dies to implement design improvements that extend tool life and reduce maintenance frequency. Optimize press speeds and material feeding sequences to improve strokes-per-minute (SPM) without compromising part quality. Identify and eliminate the root causes of chronic defects (e.g., slug pulling, unstable dimensions) through technical modifications to the process or tooling.
