Job Description
- To ensure production is running efficiently and to eliminate unnecessary breakdown.
- Responsible for handling and solving issues on the production floor.
- Lead related PIC for technical issues (machines setup/ repair, etc..) to ensure all machines are ready for production use.
- Monitor machine breakdown to ensure machining downtime is meeting set target; may require triggering for ad-hoc discussion with team members when there is abnormality occurred.
- To work with Planner on weekly schedule, bottleneck issue and customer ramp up demand to achieve delivery quantity. To be updated on machine and manpower resources to ensure production capacity able to meet based on plan.
- Prepare necessary arrangement to ensure production efficiency is meeting departmental target for both Machining and Secondary section.
- To have progressive plan to achieve machine utilization target and machine automation index as per departmental KRA target.
