Your Contributions
- Drive production performance by working closely with the production team to achieve key KPIs such as throughput, yield, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Organize, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain production documentation including work instructions, routings, and process flows.
- Analyze production data (e.g., process capability, reliability, control charts) to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes.
- Investigate operational issues, troubleshoot manufacturing problems, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve production yield, reduce waste, and lower overall manufacturing costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Planning, and Quality to ensure smooth production flow and product readiness.
