Production Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and cut costs by:
• Diagnosing and solving problems on the assembly line
• Implementing lean manufacturing or automation for faster and better production
• Introducing new technologies and best practices
• Oversee production schedules and resource allocation
• Set standards and monitor output to ensure products meet specifications.
• Select, maintain, and troubleshoot machineries and equipment.
• Design and enforce a health and safety guidelines on the production floor.
• Plan and monitor the production line - from the raw materials to finished goods.
• Coordinates extensively with supply chain management team to ensure a seamless flow from raw materials to finished products, ensuring efficiency in production cost, quality control and schedule adherence.
