Production Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Line Engineer, you are responsible for the following tasks in the Operations team:
Your main focus:
Define work procedures for the line: startup and stoppages, changeover, product changes, cleaning the machines and pipes, vision program, consumables management. Ensure standardization with all the operations personnel. Identify center lining values per format and machine and follow up its accomplishment. Identify Quality's devices and ensure calibration program is carried out. Follow up the principal indicators of the line and analyse the cause: rejection rate per machine, decrease O.E.E., breakdown analysis, timings, wastage. Identify and make improvement proposals that.
