Responsibilities

As our Line Engineer, you are responsible for the following tasks in the Operations team :

Your main focus :

• Define work procedures for the line :
• startup and stoppages, changeover, product changes, cleaning the machines and pipes, vision program, consumables management.
• Ensure standardization with all the operations personnel.
• Identify center lining values per format and machine and follow up its accomplishment.
• Identify Quality’s devices and ensure calibration program is carried out.
• Follow up the principal indicators of the line and analyse the cause : rejection rate per machine, decrease O.E.E., breakdown analysis, timings, wastage.
