We're hiring : Production Engineer – CNC Programming & Design QC

Location: Sterling, Meycauayan Bulacan

Position Type: Full-Time

Role Purpose

Technical bridge between design and production, ensuring all Pytha/CAD files are 100% production-ready before CNC cutting, minimizing errors, wastage, and rework.

This role focuses on checking, logic, preparation, and control

Reporting Line

  • Reports to: Operations

  • Works closely with: Designers, Job Order Checker, Production

Key Responsibilities

Design-to-Production File Checking (CORE)

  • Receive Pytha / CAD files from design team

  • Review and verify:

Cabinet dimensions & structure

Material thickness (melamine, MDF, HDF)

Edge banding allowances

Drilling positions & hardware logic

Grain direction and board orientation
