Production Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise/Monitor all activity in production and implementation of procedures.
• Die Cast Quality report.
• Responding/answering for Non-Comformance.
• Analyze and implements countermeasure to problems to avoid occurrence.
• Provide operators and inspectors need.
• Product Evaluation During Trial.
• Minor machine repair.
• Supervising and implementing 5's.
• Training for newly hired operator and inspector.
• Implement production schedule
• Man power allocation

Academic Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Graduate

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

• with experience in die casting
• with skills/knowledge in supervising production
