Production Engineer

Job Description :

• Daily review production schedule and react to production problems in real time to ensure timely delivery of the products, and production output meet target.
• Daily review production schedule with planer to minimize WIP and implement JIT.
• Do cost reduction by efficient material usage, setup change, training and human error, power and facility saving.
• Arrange manpower, equipment or another source to minimize production lead-time and parts delivered as promised time and on time.
• Ensure production supplies are ordered on time for manufacturing needs.
• Work close with shift leader, section leader and operators to support their need and promptly feedback if they have question.
• Check and ensure that the operators follow procedures during operation for each workstation.
• To control process as ISO requirements and make action taken for ISO internal audit.
