Job Description

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.

  • 3+ years' experience in equipment/machine assembly, production engineering, or NPI (preferably in automation or high-mix builds).

  • Proficient in reading technical drawings, GD&T, BOM structures, and ERP transactions.

  • Hands-on with mechanical assembly, measurement tools (calipers, micrometers), and troubleshooting.

  • Familiar with NCR/CAPA processes and basic quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa).

  • Strong coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams and suppliers.

  • Willing to support on-site installations and occasional overtime/weekend builds when required.
