REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:

Position reports to: PE Sr Engineer & Production Engineering HOD

Position Supervised: Technician

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Degree holder or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic.

Skills:

  1. Data analysis tools, basic programming skills , handle automation related projects.
  2. Able to trouble shoot machineries problem and improve production efficiencies.
  3. Leadership & planning skill.
  4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)    Supervise and manage subordinates in matter related to production engineering job scope.

2)    Ensure that all subordinates are well informed on their job responsibilities and ensure that all job assigned to subordinates are carrying out accordingly.

3)    Plan, prepare and submit the subordinates training needs analysis to HOD when necessary.
