Job Description
- Handle NPI project and lead a group of technicians to meet production target according production schedule.
- Lead technician to carry out machine maintenance which required.
- To do machine line set up, repairing, machine initial parameter data setting, and trouble shouting (on machine).
- To minimize operation lost time (machine down time) on production line.
- Liaise with related department regarding production, technical and quality problem arise. Plan and provide technical training for technician & repairer.
- Liaise with related department & prepare the requirement of new model transfer and increase machine output productivity and efficiency.
- To verify line set up & first article inspection (F.A.I) set.
- Analysis major quality problems and take corrective actions.
- Verify the machine condition after repair by technical personnel, then authorize
- Issue the new process, equipment and chemical application...
