Production Engineer

Job Description:

• Monitor and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and output targets are met.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for products like LEDs, laser modules, photodetectors, or optical sensors.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and equipment issues.
• Quality Control & Assurance: Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality meets specifications. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Equipment & Maintenance: Support installation, calibration, and maintenance of specialized optoelectronic manufacturing equipment (e.g., die bonders, wire bonders, reflow ovens). Ensure proper functioning of cleanroom protocols and ESD-safe practices.
• Process Improvement: Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities. Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
