The Production NPI Engineer is responsible for driving the successful industrialization of new products within the Frames Manufacturing Assembly department. This role ensures operational excellence by managing structured NPI executions that align with safety, quality, and cost targets. The incumbent will foster cross-functional collaboration and optimize production productivity through the continuous design, testing, and implementation of innovative assembly procedures to support business strategic growth.

  • Ensure all new products and processes comply with EHS, legal, customer, and ELTL safety requirements.

  • Conduct risk assessments (PFMEA, Process Risk Analysis) during NPI phase.
